Appointments

Scheduling Appointments:
Please call our office at 415-380-8700 to schedule your appointment at Magnolia. You will receive a reminder of your upcoming appointment via text message or your preferred method of communication two days prior to the appointment. Remember to bring your insurance card to every appointment. 

If your child is sick or needs an urgent appointment, you may speak with the advice nurse before scheduling an appointment. We do our best to see your child the same day. 

We encourage you to schedule well-child visits 3 months in advance of your desired appointment day. 

Late/Missed Appointments:
If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to see your child. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.

We understand that family life is hectic! If possible, please cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments not canceled within 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
